2000-3000 sq. ft...65¢/ sq. ft.
3000-4000 sq. ft...70¢/ sq. ft.
4000-5000 sq. ft...75¢/ sq. ft.
5000 and up...80¢/sq. ft.

3. Stock Plan Service:
Stock plan fee by square footage (this includes 6 sets of prints)
0-2000 ... $450.00
2000-3000 ... $500.00

4. Changes to Stock plans/ Additions/ Drafting Rate:
All changes/modifications to stock plans will be billed at $55.00/ hour, as well as additions, or any other miscellaneous drafting. Also, there may be some design time involved which would fall under Design and Consultation at $65/ hr. Changes are modifications to an existing or "stock plan". Examples would be moving a wall, re-arranging a bathroom or kitchen, changing a window or door, etc.
